Use a Markdown-defined dry-run review harness first, not a unit test framework.

Reasoning

The current system under test is a policy-driven language-review role, not a deterministic code module. A dry-run harness is the fastest and clearest way to validate behavior without athlete delivery risk.

What is configured now

• reusable handoff package template
• reusable run log template
• fixture suite
• dry-run protocol

Deferred work

A scripted regression runner may be added later once the review output schema and expected behavior are stable enough to justify automation.

Success condition

The role consistently returns the correct dry-run outcome, preserves coaching meaning, and never permits send in dry-run mode.
