Athlete

This directory is the canonical root for the single supported athlete in the Coach Luca workspace.

Structure

• settings.yml: athlete enablement and durable athlete-local system settings
• PROFILE.md: athlete identity and profile details
• delivery-config.md: canonical delivery channel, target, timezone, and send windows
• context/season-goals.md, context/race-calendar.md, context/travel-schedule.md: coordinator planning inputs
• calendar/: canonical per-day planning objects, one file per date at YYYY-MM-DD.md
• logs/daily/ and logs/weekly/: canonical human-readable outputs
• intake/: intake staging and other athlete-local intake artifacts when needed
• logs/media/: athlete-owned media used by the active workflows
• data/: athlete-owned data exports and derived files
• team/coach-luca/: coordinator working notes and athlete-specific coaching context
• team/nutrition/, team/endurance/, team/recovery/, team/strength/: athlete-specific team records when applicable

PROFILE.md is the canonical athlete identity source.

Nutrition media belongs under /athlete/logs/media/. If another coach needs athlete-local media storage, create a media/ directory inside that coach's athlete-local team folder rather than using the athlete root media directory.
